osu!trans
A Discord server for trans, gender-diverse and questioning osu! players, and their friends.
The server talks about far more than osu!. Linking an account, joining a team and score tracking are all opt-in, and everything else works the same for someone who has never opened the game.
Getting in is short: pick your roles and a colour, and introduce yourself if you want to. Nobody has to prove who they are.

The rules, short version
They apply everywhere in the server: channels, threads, voice, profiles, and DMs that start there. The full rules, with what each one means in practice, are posted in the server and always current there.
Respect
- Be kind. No insults, harassment, bullying or picking on someone, "just joking" included.
- Use the names and pronouns people ask for.
- No bigotry: transphobia, homophobia, racism, ableism, sexism or any other kind.
- No jokes about anyone's identity, body, transition, voice or how they present.
- No bad-faith arguments.
Safety and consent
- No fetishising or sexualising trans people, here or in DMs that start here.
- No NSFW anywhere: messages, images, links, names, avatars, bios, emoji or status.
- Do not DM people who have not agreed to it, and stop when asked.
- Heavy topics go in the negativity channel, with a content warning and no graphic detail.
Privacy
- Never out anyone.
- No screenshots or sharing of chats without consent from everyone in them.
- No doxxing: keep other people's personal details to yourself.
Voice
- No mocking anyone's voice, accent or way of speaking.
- Soundboards and music are fine until someone asks you to stop.
- Do not record voice channels without everyone's consent.
Spam, scams and cheating
- No spam: floods, mass pings, copypastas or walls of emoji.
- No advertising or self-promotion without staff permission, DMs included.
- No scams, phishing, malware or "free Nitro" links, and no selling accounts.
- No cheats, cheat clients or help with cheating in osu!.
Staff and the rules
- Follow staff instructions in the moment.
- Looking for loopholes counts as breaking the rule.
- Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply here too.
Our osu! teams
The server runs its own osu! teams. Joining one is up to you, and nothing in the server will push you to.
| Team | Team rank | Members | Slots |
|---|---|---|---|
| TRANS :3c>-<Competitive | Unrankedosu! | 187 | 69 open |
| TRANS :3c 2otnsCasual | Unrankedosu! | 67 | 17 open |
Not sure which one fits? Run /team which in the server and the bot checks your ranks against the competitive team's requirement.
Linking osu! and Linked Roles
Link your osu! account
Linking tells the bot which osu! account is yours, so the osu! commands know who you are. Run /osu link in the server. The bot replies, only to you, with a "Sign in with osu!" button that opens a page on dashboard.osutrans.com/osu/link, where you sign in with osu!. Then press Confirm back in Discord.
That page only works from the bot's reply, so there is nothing to open from here. The bot keeps your osu! id and username. /osu unlink removes the link again.
Linked Roles
Some roles can ask for an osu! rank, pp, main mode or team. Discord checks them itself and shows them on your profile as a connection. You need a linked osu! account first.
Pick one of those roles in the server, or open Linked Roles in the server menu, and Discord sends you to sign in once. You can also start from here: set up Linked Roles.
Privacy
The bot stores what each feature needs, and nothing is kept forever by default. Message content is not stored, apart from tickets, short-lived AutoMod context and evidence staff keep on a case.
In the server, /privacy shows what the bot holds about you, and can export it or delete it.
